Lawn Fawnatics and A Blog Named Hero Challenges

Image
Hey everyone.  Well, I am very lucky as my October Monthly Hero Arts kit came just in time!  I wanted to use the dies on a tag I was making for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge.  I kept it un-assembled until I received my package yesterday.

This tag is being entered into the Lawnfawnatics Challenge 14 : Happy Critters and the A Blog Named Hero - Calling all Critters.  The Blog Named Hero Challenge is using both Hero Arts and Lawn Fawn products.  I expect to enter more as the October kit and Lawn Fawn play very nicely together!
I used Toboggan together set and colored it with Spectrum Noir pens.  I made the background out of the mountain range die from the October HA kit.  I used Bristol Smooth paper and first inked it with DO Iced Spruce and Salty Ocean.  I cut it then used the mountain range stamp with white pigment HA ink to stamp some detail.  I also inked the edges of the range with the ink.  I embossed it all with sparkly EP for some shine.  I also stamped some snowflakes from the…

Lawn Fanatics Challenge 14: Happy Little Critters!

Hey everyone! I was minding my own business, busy making Christmas tags for an upcoming Craft Fair, and I ran across the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 14: Happy Critters.
I am literally using Lawn Fawn Critters for 2 tags I am making right now!  So I hurried up and finished them and will enter them both into the Challenge.  Here is my first one:

This tag is like my favorite ever!  I used the Christmas Dreams set, which is so versatile!  This is my puppy Sawyer, by the way.  I have 3, so I will be making this tag for all of them. Don't want to play favorites, right? I cut the mitten using Winter tags out of Lawn Fawn paper and stamped with Tiny Tag Sayings.  Let me tell you, this set is always sold out!  Because its awesome, of curse.
I colored everything in with Spectrum Noir markers and added sparkle, which never photographs, but it looks great in person! Thanks for listening, I'll be back with another tag soon!
