Where Creativity meets C9 : Challenge 17

Hey there! Happy Sunday. I have a funny story about this card. I wanted to enter the Where Creativity Meets C9 latest Challenge which is to use your first Concord & 9th set. So, I know exactly what set that is... Many Mandalas. So I’ve been searching high and low for this set for weeks! Ever since the challenge was announced. I even flirted briefly with using the 2nd stamp set I purchased rationalizing that no one would know. But I would know, so no can do. Well I finally found it 2 days ago stashed away with my Christmas stuff as well as a birthday card from one of my crafty friends that I could not find to post!

I’m so disorganized!!! So without any more chatter, here is my just dried enough to photograph but not to mail card:

Isn’t she dreamy?! Love how this turned out. I used the largest 2 stamp set of the Many Mandala set and stamped with Versamark then embossed with Hero Arts Pearl EP. Same with the sentiment. Then I used my new Nuvo brushes and some Lawn Fawn Peachy Keen ink and payed down just enough color to see the embossed patterns. I then used my Ranger white enamel drops to add a little something. This is the first time I used these and I’m not sure how I feel yet. I’m used to Nuvo drops which hold their shape better. But they are very difficult to get around Christmas!
I mounted my panel to an A2 top folding card. No foam, no sequins...it’s killing me. But I’m trying to go CAS on this one.
Thanks for listening to me ramble and have a great day!!
